Inclusive education is the process of strengthening the capacity of the education system to reach out to all learners as a strategy to achieve education for all. As defined in the Salamanca Statement, it entails “recognition of the need to work towards “schools for all” – institutions which include everybody, celebrate differences, support learning, and respond to individual needs.”
